About Green Engine
A small team of engineers and technicians
Green Engine is an engineering and consulting company based in Ariège, in La Tour du Crieu. We provide industrial companies with technical consultants who work directly on site, within their teams.
We work in every industrial sector where welding is regulated: rail, where we have a strong quality assurance activity, nuclear, oil and gas, chemicals, shipbuilding, wind energy, aerospace, defence, pressure equipment and steel construction. Our engineers work on our clients' sites throughout France.
Welding and metallurgy expertise
Our consultants include IWE (International Welding Engineer) engineers: welding coordination, welding quality audits, welding and metallurgy expertise.

What we do
Our IWE engineers take charge, on your sites and with your teams, of:
- Welding coordination : an IWE or IWT coordinator on your site, according to ISO 14731.
- IWE engineer on assignment : International Welding Engineers made available to you.
- Welding audit and quality : ISO 3834, EN 15085, WPS, WPQR and welder qualification.
- Welding and metallurgy expertise : weldability of materials, weld defects, ISO 5817.
Where we work
Green Engine is based in La Tour-du-Crieu, near Pamiers, in Ariège (Occitanie). Our engineers travel to our clients' sites throughout France: fabrication workshops, production sites, suppliers to audit. Assignments can be short or last several months.
